Ethiopian Religious leaders and local elders in Oromia discuss with OLF leaders
The Ethiopian Religious Institutions Council and local elders discussed with OLF leaders to stop the security situation in some areas of Oromia. The religious leaders should sit down to talk of the violence and the end of the violence, urging the political parties to sit down.
They also promised that the religious leaders and the elders would support them so that they could solve their problems. Religious leaders and country elders have previously met with the ODP Vice-chairman and the Oromia State president, Lemma Megerssa, on the situation of regional security.
